Refunds & Returns Policy (Parts)

I sell both new and used watch parts. Please read listings carefully and confirm compatibility before ordering.

Returns are accepted only where there is a genuine issue with the item, such as:

  • The part arrives damaged or broken
  • The part is not as described in the listing
  • The incorrect item was supplied

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Compatibility issues where the item matches the listing but was ordered without confirming fitment

If there is a problem with your order, contact me as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If a return is approved, I will provide return instructions. Where appropriate, I will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on stock availability and the situation.

Shipping Policy

Handling time is 2–3 business days from when your order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Australia (national): 1–2 weeks
  • International: 4–6 weeks

Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (international), and peak periods. Tracking will be provided where available.

Parts Compatibility Notice

Many parts are listed by brand and/or movement compatibility. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the correct part is being ordered for their specific watch or movement variant.

If you are unsure, please contact me before purchasing with:

  • Watch brand
  • Model/reference (if known)
  • Movement calibre (if known)
  • Photos and/or measurements where relevant

  • Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. For used parts, cosmetic wear may be present and will be described where relevant.
  • It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before ordering. If you’re unsure, contact me prior to purchase.
  • Orders may be cancelled or refunded at my discretion before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders are handled under the Refunds & Returns Policy above.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered.
